1. Applicant (Program Leader)
a. Malaysian and;
b. Permanent academic staff (Professor or Associate Professor) or;
c. Contract academic staff with permanent research member.
d. Foreign academic staff must have a permanent Malaysian research member.
e. Program Leader can lead only one (1) project.
f. Minimum two (2) project leaders are Malaysian.
g. Each applicant is allowed to send one (1) application only.
h. Academic staff that is on study leave is not allowed to be the Program/Project Leader.
i. Each program MUST consists three (3) projects from different cluster from one (1) institutions.
2. Duration – 3 years
3. Budget – Maximum budget is RM 1,500,000
