UTM Construction Research Centre (UTM-CRC) involve in teaching, research and consultancy on matters related to construction structure and design, construction management, construction materials, computational mechanics, numerical techniques, geotechnical engineering and some other expertise.
The objectives of UTM-CRC include:
- To strengthen various areas of expertise in order to become more focused andknow goals in maintaining the University as a Research University status.
- To expand marketing and promotional activities within and outside the countryto lead UTM towards ‘world class’ status.
- To enhance research, marketing, advisory and consulting services bothnationally and internationally.
